Absentee Bidding Procedures

Bidding will begin October 21, 2008.
ABSENTEE BIDDING

If you are unable to attend Two by Two for AIDS and Art on October 25, you may either submit a request to Absentee Bid via email or click here to download an Absentee Bid Form from this site.

You may request to Absentee Bid via email by clicking on the “click here to place an email bid” link on any Catalogue page. No need to input any information, someone will contact you within 24 hours to help guide you through the absentee bidding process.

Absentee Bid Forms should be faxed to The Rachofsky House at 214-750-9766, no later than 6:00 p.m. on Friday, October 24, 2008. A Two by Two staff member will be assigned to execute your bid in the specified bidding increments (as if you were actually present) from your opening bid to your maximum bid. Successful bidders will be notified by telephone on Sunday, October 26 and Monday, October 27. All works must be removed from The Rachofsky House by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday October 28, or they will be sent to storage at the winning bidder’s expense.
